Game Developers Perfecting Motion since 2012
Every movement begins with a spark — and our began in 2011.
We started shy, but with big dreams. Cramped studio, two dreamers, and first motion capture sessions full of passion and fun. With time and a lot of hard work the studio evolved into one of the most sought-after motion capture facilities, which will be working with companies from around the world.
During our journey we had many ups, and downs. We started small, became almost internal for the larger game studio and this allowed us to build and prove our pipelines.
The turning point for our company came in 2022 when we made the bold decision to step away from the safety of being part of a bigger entity. We rescaled up to 12 people and began to diversify and expand our services.
Today we are a team of developers and technical artists focused on delivering high quality motion capture and animation services for games and interactive projects. Our work is shaped by production constraints, gameplay needs and pipeline integration, so captured performances, data processing and final assets fit cleanly into existing workflows instead of creating new problems.

Mocap.Games is a Warsaw based animation studio founded by Michał Hrydziuszko and Mateusz Poks, who turned their game production experience into a dedicated animation service for the industry.
As game developers, we built the studio around the problems we knew from our own projects: tight schedules, changing designs and the need to keep the build moving. We support teams at every stage of the process, from planning shoots and choosing the right approach, through capture and data processing, to in engine implementation and final checks.
Some clients hand us the production entire chain, and others bring us in for a specific piece, like gameplay locomotion, cinematics or technical cleanup. Our workflows plug into your existing tools, version control and engine setup instead of forcing a fixed template, so the work follows your project rather than the other way around.
The focus is always on a few basics, flexible sessions, clean data, predictable delivery and animation that behaves correctly in game. Because we come from development teams ourselves, we treat mocap as part of the process, not a separate service, and measure success by how little friction it adds for the people who have to ship the final product.
